How to Request a Refund

• Include your order number or the email address used at checkout

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of your request.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Once processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Payment Plan Refunds

If you purchased the guide using our 2-payment plan (2 × $15), you are still eligible for a full refund within 60 days of your initial purchase. Any payments made will be refunded in full.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your download access will be revoked. You will no longer be able to download the guide using your original download link.
